Universitas Jambi Academic Staff Embark on Research Collaboration Visit to Universiti Utara Malaysia
In a significant move to strengthen academic ties and foster research collaboration, Universitas Jambi proudly announced the successful completion of an academic visit by one of its distinguished faculty members to Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). The visit, which took place on November 30, 2022, was part of an initiative to enhance the academic and research capabilities of both institutions.
Dr. Akhmad Habibi from Universitas Jambi was invited as a Visiting Professor and Researcher at UUM’s School of Education. His visit, effective from November 3 to November 28, 2022, was filled with a series of research activities and evaluation meetings aimed at developing joint academic projects and initiatives.
Throughout the visit, Dr. Habibi engaged in focused group discussions, data collection, and evaluation meetings which were crucial for the advancement of shared research interests between the two universities. His activities included in-depth data collection sessions both in Kedah at UUM and in Kuala Lumpur at Universiti Malaya, reflecting a broad engagement with academic communities across Malaysia.
Dr. Mohd Faiz bin Mohd Yaakob, from UUM, hosted Dr. Habibi and facilitated his research activities, ensuring a fruitful and engaging visit. The host institution covered all travel and accommodation expenses, underscoring the strong support and commitment to this collaborative venture.
